Discuss location of wedding and reception ceremony

Discuss location and time of rehearsal

Timeline of the wedding and reception ceremony distributing timeline of events within 4 days of the event

Direct wedding rehearsal (limited to 2 1/2 hours)

Direct wedding and reception ceremony

Provide recommendations of vendors/venues that will compliment your style and budget for your wedding, reception ceremony, rehearsal dinner or event

Schedule tastings and presentations with the venue/venues

Review signed contracts of the selected vendors

Coordinating details of wedding and/or reception venues and vendors

Distribute payments to vendors if needed

Unlimited via phone calls, text and emails month of event

Set up hotel lodging for in town and out of town guest

Packaging gifts of bride and groom’s and placed in assigned designated person possession

Packaging sentimental items such as cake server and knife, unity candles or sand ceremonial items, champagne flutes (any items discussed in contract)
